Reach

Digitall has now come to an end but if you're aged 18-25 and would like to be a volunteer mentor, we have a new project Parents First which you might be interested in. You'll mentor a disadvantaged parent, supporting them to get online so they can play a more active role in their child's development. Find out more

What is Reach?

Reach is Youth Action Network's quality practice framework for organisations, like Digitall, doing youth-led volunteering. It reflects focus on good practice involving young people in leading their volunteering as well as having the fundamentals in place for working with young volunteers. Youth Action Network is in partnership with v to promote quality practice in v-funded youth volunteering activity.

What does this mean for Digitall?

Achieving Reach means that Digitall has shown that it is genuinely seeking to involve young people in leading it's own volunteering opportunities and in the project. This means that young people should be offered more choice in their volunteering and expect support in taking on more responsibility and getting more out of their volunteering experience.
